What happens if it's windy or the weather is bad?

If weather conditions are unsafe (strong winds or a storm warning), the departure will be rescheduled at no extra cost, or you can choose between a date change or a full refund. Safety is always the Captain's top priority.

The final decision is always made by the professional skipper, assessing wind, sea conditions and weather forecast to ensure everyone's safety.

Reservations, cancellations and schedules

What is the cancellation policy?

Free cancellation up to 48 hours before the start of the activity (refund of 100%).

Date changes must be requested at least 48 hours in advance.

All our boat trips in Cádiz start from Puerto America.
Boarding takes place 20 minutes before the start time.

Yes, all our experiences are private. The boat will be exclusively for you during the booked time.

Yes, since it's a private experience, we can tailor the trip to your preferences: stopping for a swim, enjoying the sunset, taking photos, or simply relaxing at your own pace. Always within safe and navigable conditions.

What is the boarding process like?

Boarding takes place from a highly stable dock, with personalized assistance from our skipper at all times to ensure your comfort.

While we can assist people with slight mobility by taking into account the presence of a small step, the characteristics of our vessel do not allow us to offer the necessary support for people with very reduced mobility or who require comprehensive assistance.

Yes. We regularly check and renew all elements of the boat, to ensure comfort and cleanliness on every trip.

Yes. The boat has a bathroom for your convenience during the experience.

Rules on board

Is smoking allowed?

No, smoking is prohibited throughout the vessel, including the exterior decks.

For the proper operation of the onboard sanitation system, please place all toilet paper in the bins provided.

No, with the sole exception of duly accredited guide dogs.

Services and equipment

Are there towels on board?

Yes, we have towels available for customers who need them.

The kitchen can be used upon prior request for simple activities. Advance confirmation is required for cooking.

Yes, we have free 4G/WiFi connection and sockets for charging devices.

Yes, upon request and always in areas permitted by local regulations.

What should I bring?

What clothes do we recommend you bring?

It is recommended to bring casual clothing, don't forget your swimsuit and towel.

For afternoon boat trips, we also recommend (spring and autumn) bringing a light jacket. High heels are strictly prohibited.
