What happens if it's windy at night?
If wind conditions are unsafe, we will reschedule the trip at no extra cost to you. Safety is always the Captain's top priority, and we never set sail unless a comfortable and safe experience is guaranteed.
What happens in case of a storm?
In case of a storm warning or adverse weather conditions, the activity will be canceled or rescheduled. We always notify you in advance and offer a date change or a full refund.
Are there towels on the boat?
Yes, we have towels available on board for guests who need them. If you prefer to use your own, you are welcome to bring it.
Is it okay to flush paper down the toilet?
No. As with most boats, the toilet system is sensitive. Please always use the bathroom bin.
Is smoking allowed?
Yes, smoking is permitted only on deck and with caution. Smoking is not permitted inside the ship.
Is there access for people with reduced mobility?
We can assist you with boarding, but please note that boarding is from a pontoon and may require a small step. Contact us to discuss your specific situation and we'll be happy to help.
Can we use the kitchen?
The kitchen can only be used upon request and for simple tasks (heating, serving, etc.). We require prior confirmation for cooking on board.
Is the ship easily accessible?
Yes. Access is from a stable dock and we have assistance from the skipper to get on and off safely.
Is the boat's mattress very worn?
No. The mattresses are checked and replaced regularly to ensure comfort and cleanliness on every trip.
Are pets allowed?
Yes, pets are welcome as long as they are quiet and accustomed to the surroundings. Please let us know in advance so we can make the necessary preparations.
Is it possible to fish from a boat?
Yes, fishing is allowed as long as you request it in advance and we do it in areas permitted by local regulations.
Is there 220V electricity?
Yes, the ship has 220V sockets for charging devices and small appliances.
